These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you (the "Customer") and NUBAN API (the "Company") governing the sale and use of API keys. By using our API keys, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before making any purchase or using our services.
The Company currently offers API keys for a one-time purchase. However, we reserve the right to transition to a yearly subscription plan at our discretion. In the event of such a transition, the following terms will apply:
a. One-Time Purchase: Customers who purchase API keys under the one-time purchase plan will continue to have access to the API for up to six months of their purchased API key.
b. Yearly Subscription: Customers who purchase API keys under the yearly subscription plan will have access to the API for a 12-month period, subject to renewal upon the expiration of each subscription term.
a. One-Time Purchase: The one-time purchase price of the API key is a single, upfront payment, as stated on our website at the time of purchase and can change anytime.
b. Yearly Subscription: The yearly subscription plan will be billed annually, in advance, at the then-current subscription rate. The Company reserves the right to adjust subscription prices with advance notice to the Customer.
The transition from a one-time purchase plan to a yearly subscription plan will be conducted with a reasonable notice period to allow customers to choose the subscription plan or opt-out.
a. One-Time Purchase: API key purchases under the one-time purchase plan are non-refundable.
b. Yearly Subscription: Customers may cancel their yearly subscription plan at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.
Customers must comply with our API Usage Policies, as specified in our separate API Usage Agreement, which is incorporated by reference.
The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the API keys at its discretion for violations of these Terms or the API Usage Agreement.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms, the pricing structure, or the transition plan at any time. The Company will provide notice of such modifications through our website or by email to the Customer.
Customer information is subject to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
By purchasing and using our API keys, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and any future modifications. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
